SENIOR WOMEN

Ladies Training Night

Clare Leake, RSSBC’s new recruit and recently seen coaching Dani, has agreed to lead a ladies training night for all female club members on Tuesday 6th November from 6.30pm.

This is an opportunity for us to do an evening of cross training together, often working in small groups, with Clare putting us through our paces. It is hoped that the training night might also become a regular squad event to break up the winter erging and work any remaining muscles left unscathed by Circuits! It will be a social evening too so it would be great to get as many of us together as possible.

If you would like to come along, please drop me a quick line or see me at the boat club so that I can give Clare an idea of numbers.

Lydia Vaughan, Vice Captain
